Some time ago I remember watching a film where 'The little brown jug' was sung. The film I think was called 'The running man' and could have been made between the late 50's to early/mid 70's.
It was set in the jungle where a man was going to be eaten by cannibals. He escaped and was chased by them through the jungle. A little boy was with him and he taught the boy to sing 'The little brown jug'.
I can see the lead character in my minds eye but cannot remember his name (normal for me). He had tattoos on his back, not sure if it was for a film or if they were his own. He was similar physique to Arnie (but not Arnie), he was probably the same sought of era as Ernest Borgnine and probably a little taller.
I can find several references to films called 'The running man' but not the one I watched. Anyone remember the film and/or the name of the lead character?
