Thks Per that worked.They should have been replaced by MFA during the 4.1 upgrade.
Remove the Lock in the database so you can uninstall them
hmm wish just that all the update scripts remove obsolete code, extensions etc that not needed and should be kept in core after have the update path Joomla 3, Joomla 4 and Joomla5 .
